Since Christmas Eve, this website has attempted to get an on-the-record response from management at the Detroit Free Press regarding our exclusive report that columnist Drew Sharp had been caught plagiarizing.

Emails, phone calls, text messages and Twitter mentions all have gone unanswered from these people, who supposedly are First Amendment warriors.

We made inquiries to the publisher Joyce Jenereaux with no reply. We attempted to contact sports editor Kevin Bull to no avail. And we finally sent multiple missives to executive editor Robert Huschka. 

All we received in response were crickets and many Zzzzzzzzzz.

…Until early this morning. When out of nowhere I was followed by Huschka on Twitter.

And if that was not bizarre enough, I then had this interaction with the man responsible for Sharp’s return to the paper without even so much as an apology …..

Within 90 seconds, Huschka deleted that Tweet, but not before I took that screenshot.

And then the dipshit blocked me. Huh?

Like, what the fuck is going on here?

As of this writing,the Free Press has not answered to anyone (its readers, the mainstream media quizzing them, their own disgruntled staff who are embarrassed by the situation) about Sharp’s malfeasance.

But this nutjob has time to respond to my “joke?”
