Sexual harassment and decision against Sima for unpaid contract. The reason Sima was held personally responsible was because he illegally used company funds to pay his personal expenses, so the court decided the company and the person were one in the same. Interesting to note that Sima nor anyone representing him EVER disputed the case or even showed up in court. The Plaintiff won by default.

Report recommending to deny a tower build for other stations in Montgomery County, Maryland, because of insufficient information provided by Sima. The Board eventually DID deny the request. Pages 47-49 especially spell out how Sima accused the expert engineer of lying and tried to discredit him because he was fired by Sima. But Sima could not offer any evidence that it was true.
